Experience Life rebuts premise of NYT Well blog article, "Why Doesn't Exercise Lead to Weight Loss?"

A misguided article about exercise and its role in weight loss appeared on the New York Times Well blog recently, basically renouncing exercise, in general, as an effective strategy for losing weight. We beg to differ.
