Power AgingWho says you can't get better with age? All you need is a little foresight, the right attitude and the will to do the work.
Update 2005: When we published our “Power Aging” issue in July/August 2004, you gave us the double-thumbs-up: That issue, like this one, featured vital-aging advocate and model Cindy Joseph (seen above) on the cover — and that cover turned out to be our best-selling to date. The issue also included our most frequently requested reprint: this feature article on “power aging.” It offers up sage advice for staying fit at all ages, but the bottom-line advice is this: Start exercising now, and never stop. This is not a fitness article for old people, but for all people who want to age well and feel great while they’re doing it. While most health and fitness magazines out there are written for women in their 20s and early 30s, we have a broad reader base of men and women whose ages span six decades. That’s why we’re dedicated to delivering articles that help everyone live healthy, happy, for real — no matter what his or her age or gender. Click here for the full version of this story.
